Live cameras · nothing recorded

See home.
Live.
On your wrist.

okvivo turns any spare iPhone into a live security camera. Watch it in HD from any browser, or live on your Apple Watch. Not a single frame is ever recorded.

How it works

01

Set up a camera

Open cam.okvivo.com in Safari on any iPhone (iPhone 7 or newer), sign in, tap Start. No app to install.

02

Watch it live

Open your cameras in any browser for 720p HD, or on your Apple Watch at up to 24 frames a second.

03

Nothing saved

Choose Live only and nothing about the picture is ever stored. Frames pass through and are gone.

Privacy

What "nothing recorded" means

  • Live view is never stored. Frames travel from the camera, through okvivo's relay, to your screen. They're held in memory for an instant and never written to disk.
  • The camera only streams while someone watches. Nobody watching, nothing leaves the phone.
  • Live only keeps no photos either, not even a thumbnail. okvivo knows the camera's name and that it's on, and nothing else.
  • Live + latest photo is optional. It keeps just the newest photo per camera for a quick glance. Each new photo replaces the last, and removing the camera deletes it.
  • Honest fine print: okvivo runs on Cloudflare's network, so like any website, your connection passes through it.

Built for the real world

Live, not later

Under a second of delay. Slow connections skip frames instead of falling behind, so what you see is happening now.

Apple Watch

Link with a 6-character code. Turn the Digital Crown to flip cameras. Your wrist taps if a camera goes quiet.

Private by design

No recording, no ads, no trackers. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes. Watches get view-only keys you can revoke anytime.

Locked down

HTTPS everywhere, a strict content security policy, signed sessions, and a lockout after repeated wrong passwords.

No hardware at home

Runs on Cloudflare's global network. No server in your closet, no ports opened on your router.

Uses what you have

An old iPhone in a drawer is a camera. Keep it plugged in and on Wi-Fi, and it watches the porch all day.

Questions

Do I need an app?
Not for cameras or watching in a browser: it's all in Safari. The Apple Watch app is in private testing.
Which phones work as cameras?
Any iPhone that runs iOS 15 or later in Safari (iPhone 7 and newer). Watch from any modern browser.
Does it record?
No. Live view is never saved. In Live only mode nothing about the picture is kept at all.
How much data does it use?
Only while someone watches: about 2 GB an hour for an Apple Watch, several times that in HD. Keep camera phones on Wi-Fi.
Who can see my cameras?
Only people with an account, and watches you've linked. You can remove a watch at any time.
